How did she get here:
Sophie came into Wee Ones Dog Rescue as part of a litter of six Golden Retriever x Shepherd puppies. She has been enjoying life in foster care while learning and growing.
Breed: Golden Retriever x Shepherd
Sex: Female
Age: 15 weeks
Energy Level: Moderate
Health: Families will be required to sign a spay/neuter contract. Puppies will have received their first set of vaccines before adoption, but their remaining puppy vaccinations will still need to be completed by their adoptive families.
About Sophie
Sophie is the quiet cuddle bug of the litter. When meeting someone new, she prefers to hang back and let her siblings check things out first. Once she's comfortable, she's affectionate, friendly and very happy to snuggle with her people.
Sophie is less interested in running around and wrestling than her siblings and would much rather curl up with her people or quietly chew on her favourite toys. She also does a great job of settling herself down for a nap when she's tired.
She's doing very well with her crate training, but is still working on house training and will need a family who can provide consistency and plenty of opportunities to get outside.
