Surrender

If you've reached a place where you can no longer care for your small breed dog, please complete the form below and we will be in touch within 24 hours.  The surrender process is difficult and we understand, sometimes it's what is in the best interest of the dog and the owner. That doesn't make it any less hard.  We will complete our surrenders with the utmost respect for the owner and the dog, and the drop off will be quick and painless.  We want the best for everyone involved.
